Significance of Ever-evolving Cybersecurity Landscape: Challenges and Possible Pathways

There is a growing significance of protecting Cyberthreat both legally and intellectually across the globe as a consequence of everchanging science, technology and innovation world which gains urgency in Cybersecurity landscape. Some overarching issues like, e-commerce, Big Data Databases, Internet of Things (IoT), Cyberthreat, Cloud Computing, Cybercrime, Cyber heist, Software as a Service (SaaS), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), Blockchain etc., have not been properly addressed globally due to its everchanging nature and lack of global consensus. In this context, this paper seeks to find some possible pathways of ensuring Cybersecurity under legal and intellectual landscape. Moreover, the paper examines how different countries ensure their Cybersecurity under various frameworks and strategies with a view to learning lessons from their own experiences. It also tries to examine the pros and cons of the Cybersecurity laws and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as fightback tool under the future Cybersecurity perspective.
