Abstract

In the present world the internet provides us with lots of positive opportunities, but with these opportunities, it also has some negative consequence. The consequences we generally face are our breach of privacy, online frauds etc.

This paper encloses the nature of cybercrime and how different types of cybercrime are committed viz. Password Cracking, Computer hacking, Cyber stalking etc. Further this paper explain the difference between the Traditional Crime and the cyber crime. This paper includes data which shows the rate at which these crime are increasing. After going through this paper one will get to know the basics of cyber crime and the current situation of it.
