Abstract

The virtual environment combination of Internet and digital devices together are the glutted of boon for society, nations and economic of world, The means of ICT as personal computers, smart phones, the internet, web and mobile phone applications, digital assistants, and cloud computing, etc. supportive for people to increases their knowledge and information. On the other side, this is tremendous challenge. Fusion of both Internet and digital devices message can be flowing straight- forward within few seconds globally. No front line and the fundamental right of freedom of speech on internet endorse and cultivate offenders on the cyber space globally. Hence, said to be that the internet provided endless sources are not only responsible for the cyber offenders but granted opportunities of the community also develop into a source of information themselves. Cyber space is being used by some people for their fun or to disturb others, especially for the targeted female surfers using as a soft object. It is more threatening than other forms of destruction. Hence, needs immediate attention, before the menace could spread to all parts of the world and every corner of our society. This article discusses two cases related to Internet defamation and anonymity issues and will analyze on the ground of technical and legal, tracing methods of IP Address such as tracing an IP Address of face-book user, the tracing of an Email Sender in Gmail, responsibilities of ISP and society, Inconvenience to prove the crime and criminal by the law enforcement agencies or Indian I.T. Act 2000.
