Abstract

Cyber Practice is a result of 3rd Industrial revolution. American defense department did some experiment to do activities of sharing, Exchanging, and storing information within their network (Apranet or some kind of Intranet) which was later given in the Public domain, and made it commercialised. This had started at the beginning of the 1970s

The First Industrial Revolution between 1760 to 1840, used water, and steam power to mechanize production. The second Industrial Revolution between 1870 to 1914, also known as the Technological Revolution, was a phase of standardization, and industrialization related to electrical power, and telephones. The Third Industrial Revolution was at the beginning of the 1950s, related to semiconductors, mainframe computing, personal computing, the Internet, and Information technology

Now we are in the Fourth Industrial Revolution is a fusion of advances in artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), 3D printing, genetic engineering, quantum computing, and other technologies. It is yet to come as a challenge for Lawmakers.
