It helps us from getting those tasty recipes to help how to operate a machine within a second or even something very silly we don’t know about. Therefore, we are blessed to have internet but  everything has two sides just like a coin, so it also has adverse effects. 

Internet is also useful in crime investigation but with the help of internet a crime can also be committed. The Article focuses on cyber pornography, a cyber crime not much talked about and its legal framework in India. Pornographic material is reserved for adults but is available to everyone where children and teenagers demands for it the most and subsequently they are also the easiest targets of cyber pornography. Therefore, this article provides information on cyber pornography and the laws governing in India.
