Abstract

Artificial Insemination becomes popularize in India, but the legal issue relating to anonymity of donor is still to resolve. Though right to privacy has been considered as an integral part of fundamental rights, but still issue relating to right of anonymity of donor in case of Artificial insemination is yet to be decided. In the present paper, the issue has been dealt with in light of various judgment of Hon’ble Apex Court.
