Abstract

Real estate is a business either than profession, which is engaged for profit and to make it successful the person must have well knowledge and experience in the track. Every business can be conducted upon a plane ethical and the firm that has been conspicuously successful in real estate must have applied to their business the highest ideals of commercial fair dealing. Starting with the topic of Money Market that suggests the way of trading money including the description in a wide manner, grasps and the objectives that introduces its liability and need in the field of real estate. Indian Mutual Funds industry offers a plethora of schemes for the investors which include equity funds, debt, liquid, gilt and balanced funds that satisfies every small and big investors. So the benefit for the investors doesn’t limit to a certain boundary and works at the global level also. Since we can see the growing competitions in the mutual funds industry it  looks very necessary to know about the overall structure such as the parties and their eligibility for it, their role and the entire procedure as how mutual funds industry works. In the world of business the persons belong to certain sector and in relation to that all the categories of mutual funds are described. To implement the action plan, an organization acquires a set up i.e. Resource Mobilization which goes beyond fund raising. It is a process where one can identifies the resources essential for the development, implementation and the continuation of works which is up to the aim of organization. Not only for Indian company but the methodology of foreign company is also described further in a well mannered way.
