Legal issue for land estate in island: Thailand context

Island is a specific geographical area. Generally, island is a specific land patch that is surrounded by sea. In countries with island, an important legal concern is on the land estate located on the island. The legal issuing for deed for private owner is interesting. The specific laws in different countries are different. Here, the authors discuss on the specific legal context of Thailand, a tropical country in Indochina regarding the legal issue for land estate in island. It can see that the issuing of deed on the island has been performed for several years and there are many related issue regarding issuing of deed for specific land estate for private land owner in Thailand in the present day.
