Legal control for amusement theme park: case from Thailand

Abstract

Amusement theme park is a place for fun that is set to serve leisure activity of the local people. There are usually many buildings and play stations in the amusement theme park. To control the operation of the amusement theme park is necessary. The legal control of the amusement theme park is an interesting issue in laws. The specific laws for controlling of amusement theme park might be different in different countries. In this specific article, the authors discuss on specific laws for legal control of amusement theme park in Thailand, a tropical country in Southeast Asia.
