Abstract

The land belonged to a legal entity has to be legally controlled and managed. The special consideration is usually raised in case of non-profit legal entity the aim at social service purpose. The legal control of land of the religious place is very interesting. In the present short article, the authors present a case study on withdrawal of a Buddhist pagoda land in Thailand. It is a specific unusual case of legal management of religious place real estate.
