VR technology is revolutionizing property viewings by providing immersive experiences that enable potential buyers to explore homes remotely, thus streamlining the decision-making process. Furthermore, the proliferation of IoT-enabled smart homes
is meeting the rising needs of contemporary consumers for energy efficiency and convenience. This technological transition is further supported by government programs like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), which encourage cheap housing and sustainable urban development.
