Abstract

Many studies made in african context, on the trademark issue, have been based on the theorical question related to the trademark Law, the revision of agreement, the relevant Law for africans, etc. However the knowledge and the use of trademark by the Small and Medium Enterprises remain a big issue to be assessed by researchers. This article is focused on a specific case of « trademark culture » in africans Small and Medium Enterprises (SME). The concept is defined and clarified in the first hand, and in the second hand the components of trademark culture are evoked. This paper is from a great interest for public administration and private sector which want to promote the SMEs. The author shows in simple terms how the growing of africans SMEs is possible by implementing and applying the trademark culture.
