Abstract

Companies regularly need extra funding in the rapidly changing business environment in order to finance operations, diversify their customer base, or embark on new projects. Debt financing, which includes borrowing money from lenders like banks, financial organizations, or private investors, is one of the principal sources of funding for organizations. Even while debt financing has many
advantages for business growth and expansion, there are a number of legal considerations that businesses must carefully analyse and manage.
