Abstract

Consumer protection is an important concern in law. The legal manipulation aiming at consumer protection is implemented worldwide. Several kinds of products and services are under the legal controls aiming at promoting consumer safety. Focusing on some specific kind of products, there is an interesting issue regarding consumer protection laws regarding toy for children. Toy is a basic common thing for children. It can help promote development. On the other hand, the danger from toy is observable. It is no doubt that the legal control for toy is necessary. In this short article, the authors summarize and discuss on the aspect of legal control of toy for children.
