Consumers can now easily engage with brands, read product reviews, and seek recommendations from their social network, influencing their purchasing decisions. Social media facilitates direct communication between brands and consumers. Social media has revolutionized consumer behavior by offering increased connectivity, personalized experiences, and access to vast amounts of information. It has altered how customers discover, investigate, and interact with companies, which has an effect on their purchase choices. Businesses must comprehend how social media affects customer behavior if they want to create efficient marketing plans and interact with their target market in the digital era.
