Development of Science and Technology Using Fingerprinting and Handwriting Tests in Judicial System

In the twenty-first century development of science and technology using fingerprinting and handwriting tests in the judicial system poses a great challenge for societal existence, and law enforcement agencies are unable to tackle this problem by resorting to traditional methods of investigation. Crime, particularly mass killing by terrorists, Naxalites, and other professional criminals, occurs without any check. Law enforcement agencies are now finding themselves unable to detect criminals, even if the detection rate of conviction is very poor due to a lack of evidence. Criminal law is losing its deterrent effect, and common citizenship is losing faith in law. Now, citizens are much security conscious and always fear victimization resulting in either surrendering to criminal elements or taking the law into their hands for revenge or security, thus furthering the problem of criminalism.
