Industrial Disputes disturbs the monetary, social and political existence of a nation. A strike by workers will disarrange the life of the people in general. The labourers loose the wages for the strike time frame. It brings about an enormous wastage of their hardwork and also hampers the work of production.Industrial Disputes makes issues among employees and employers. Thus,the judiciary assumes a significant job in taking care of such issues and avoiding problems to maintain good relationship between employer and employee.This article deals with the disputes related to industries and judicial response to it.
