Abstract

This article looks at how important labor and employment regulations are for making sure that workplaces are fair, safe, and pay everyone fairly. It talks about three important things: the minimum wage, health and safety requirements at work, and laws that protect workers from discrimination. The major point of the talk is the rules that make sure that people aren't treated unfairly at work because of their race, gender, or other attributes. These guidelines also protect workers and make sure they get paid what they are entitled. These standards are very important for making work fair and respectful, and there are real-life instances of how
they could be implemented. This paper concludes with the significance of understanding and upholding these laws for creating equitable work environments.
