Abstract

Employee interactions must be kept positive if an organization is to succeed. One strategy for preserving positive and healthy employee relations is to associate financial perks with each job and task completed by every person in that organization. The management of a firm cannot ignore employee perks since people are the most precious resource and these additional compensations are given to employees in addition to their regular income or salary. In today's fiercely competitive economy, it is difficult to keep employees, regardless of the size, technology, or market emphasis of the organization. Employees and their organizations must establish and keep strong and good
connections in order to overcome these limitations.
