Abstract

Children as a consequence of their gentle age and immature mind want special care and protection. They have positive unique rights and felony entitlements that are being stated nationally and internationally.

The charter of India diagnosed the rights of kids for the first time and included numerous articles handling their liberty, livelihood, and improvement of childhood, non-discrimination in educational spheres, obligatory and free schooling and prohibition of their employment in factories, mines and unsafe industries. Socially and physically kids are the weakest element of the society. They are not responsible for a few of the cases and do not need to suffer. They don't have any say in any of the topics of evils like warfare or external debt. It has been rightly stated inside the 1924 declaration of rights of the toddler (assertion of Geneva) that has now been used for all infant causes “mankind owes to the chills the high-quality it has to give”. Children are the future. By investing in them societies will have a bright future?
