We all realize that women’s are continually battling for their rights and flexibility among the general public, numerous laws & regulations are passed away yet at the same time complete uniformity is absent. They need to assume multilateral part in the general public as mother, wife, little girl, guardian of her family, and some more. From the vote based upsets of seventeenth and eighteenth century the idea of women’s correspondence avoided however soon in nineteenth century women’s developed as a particular vested party. The present paper communicates the inquiries brought by society up in diverse time interims. This paper additionally incorporates some sharp difficulties confronted by the women’s in India like dowry, female foeticide, trafficking of girls, assault, harassment and so forth.
