Retraction for an article entitled “Dignity in Displacement: Analysing the Australia-Tuvalu Falepili Union Treaty” published in the “Journal of Human Rights Law and Practice”. It has been Retracted and we have no Authorisation for the article.
We, the co-authors of the article titled "Dignity in Displacement: Analysing the Australia–Tuvalu Falepili Union Treaty," hereby formally retract our work.
Upon further review and in light of valuable feedback received, we have identified several critical areas that require substantial improvement. These include issues related to factual accuracy, referencing, and the need for deeper and more nuanced analysis of key aspects discussed in the article.
As students dedicated to upholding academic integrity and contributing meaningfully to scholarly discourse, we believe it is both responsible and necessary to withdraw the current version of the article. We aim to undertake a thorough revision process to strengthen the work’s overall quality and rigor.
