This article examines the international jurisdiction of Cameroonian courts in Private International law litigation, focusing on the scope and limitations of their jurisdiction in cross-border disputes. It analyses the legal framework, principles and rules governing jurisdiction and the jurisdictional competence of Cameroonian courts, including the application of international conventions and treaties. This article identifies challenges and opportunities for Cameroonian courts in exercising international jurisdiction and provides recommendations for reform. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the international jurisdiction of Cameroonian courts, contributing to the development of private international law in Cameroon and promoting effective dispute resolution in cross border disputes.
