Effect of Money Supply on Inflation

Inflation has not been only an economic but also a political issue in India influencing society a lot. It has been a very important variable for policy makers too. Money supply is a strong phenomenon to influence the inflation in any economy. Present study throws light on various aspects of money supply and inflation in India such as our attitude towards inflation, optimum growth of money supply, measurement of inflation and demonetization etc.
