Enforcing law is tougher task rather than enacting it. The paper deals with the framework of enforcement of Competition Law in USA, EU and India. The history of evolution of competition law is different in different jurisdictions, which depends on their respective circumstances. Enforcement structure may also be different as per the judicial, social and cultural system of that jurisdiction. This paper has special focus on the jurisdiction of USA, EU and India. Framework of all the three jurisdictions is different but the aim is same that is to enforce competition law for the purpose of maintaining competition in the market and to prevent anticompetitive activities.
