Abstract

Company is the artificial person which has his own seal under which it operates. The company and its directors can be made liable for any criminal activity. This paper explains How Companies become criminally liable. In this paper review on the Criminal liability of Company is done in a broad way. This paper also talks about the Fines and Penalties put on the company and its directors. At last, it discusses the recent cases of companies and punishment given to the companies, who involve in criminal activities.
