Abstract

Death is the end of life of any human beings. After death, the management of the dead body is an important issue to be legally controlled. In general, the management of dead body is usually according to the local religious or legal practice. The management of dead body must be controlled and there is usually a specific law for controlling on this activity.  In Thailand, there are also specific laws regarding the management of dead body and cemetery. However, there are some extraordinary cases that the dead bodies are managed and kept in the house. Here, the authors discuss on this specific issue and present a a case studies on exceptional cases in Thailand.
