Public Health-oriented Intellectual Property and Legal Issue, View from Thai Context

Abstract

Creative activity is an important activity. In research and development, an intellectual property is usually a focus of the project. There are many intellectual properties generated in each year. The public health-oriented intellectual property is an important group of intellectual property. Since public health is usually the issue on large scale of population, the public health oriented intellectual property is usually useful. The control of the newly generated public health-oriented intellectual property is an interesting issue. The laws regarding the public health-oriented intellectual property is interesting. In this specific short article, the authors specially reviewed and discussed on legal issue of public health-oriented intellectual property in Thailand, a tropical country in Indochina.
