Abstract

“An intellectual says a simple thing in a hard way. An artist says a hard thing in a simple way.” Intellectual property includes inventions, literary and artistic works, designs, symbols, names, and pictures used in business (IP). Intellectual property rights are the rights that people are granted over their creative works. They usually grant the inventor a time-limited, exclusive right to use his or her invention. This paper is about the literature reviewed by researcher to find more information about intellectual property and its rights as well as to unfold the career opportunities in intellectual property laws. The data for this study was gathered entirely from secondary sources. Therefore, this study limited to secondary data available information. The risk of creative ideas being stolen without the author's permission is fairly significant in our digitised era, and demand for IP lawyers is also pretty high. India's IP law practise will flourish as the country's global importance as a rapidly growing market for consumer goods, technology, media, automobiles, and luxury items grows. one could be Legal Associate, Intellectual Property Lawyer, Judge, Lecturer, Author, Journalist. Contracts and agreements are crucial legal elements in the realm of intellectual property and include, among other things, the drafting of confidential information agreements, licence agreements, assignment agreements, and franchise agreements. An intelligent lawyer must therefore be conversant with the issues surrounding IP and the agreements that surround it. This creates a huge number of career chances.
