The legal services sector faces challenges in managing work- ing documents, encompassing the drafting, reviewing, and formulating searches for legal documents. This paper presents an AI-driven legal doc- ument generation assistant that utilizes advanced technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) to im- prove efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the legal field. The System has four main modules: automated document generation, a nat- ural language processing engine, contract review and analysis tools and legal research. The modules assist in authoring legal documents, risk- assess contracts and automated legal research, providing contextually accurate responses ensuring compliance. This assistant will reduce the time, costs and human error for performing multiple tasks automatically, enabling a legal attorney to concentrate on its main activities. This work demonstrates the potential of AI-based solutions in many legal domains. Future work will lead toward the improvement of systems in larger ap- plications and effective models for legal language writing. This research specifically contributes to the integration of NLP based automation into contract analysis for enhanced betterment of legal documents efficiency and preciseness.
