National Journal of Environmental Law is a bi-annual publication.

FOCUS:

The NJEL focused on an array of federal statutes governing various areas of the environment, such as air, water, hazardous waste, pesticides, land development, and cleanup of contaminated sites. State and local regulations impact the environment as well. The world environmental concerns related to pollutions and ozone depletion.

Scope:

The JEEL has the aim to explore the new ideas and developments in the following areas:

• Environmental Law and Policy
• Environmental Disaster
• European and international environmental law
• Environmental regulation & prevention
• International Environmental Law and Policy
• Environmental Protection Mechanism
• Environment protection act 1986

All contributions to the journal are rigorously refereed and are selected on the basis of the quality and originality of the work. The journal publishes the most significant new research paper or any other original contribution in the form of reviews and reports on new concepts in all areas pertaining to its scope and research being done in the world, thus ensuring its scientific priority and significance.

Research Scholars, Academicians, Independent Law Professionals, and other members of the Law Fraternity are requested to send their submissions for publication in the National Journal of Environmental Law.
