Abstract

Securities exchange is an important issue for legal consideration in capital market and securities laws. The overlapping between for securities exchange and medical contracts is an interesting issue in both legal and medical aspects. Basically, the duty of risk disclosure in both securities exchange and medical treatment contracts is an important topic for discussion. In addition, the details for examining during judicial precedent are also important issues. The good management of legal control is interesting. Also, the proper management of violation of the legal control should also be discussed.
