Legal issue on hospital debt: summary of important reports

Abstract

In financial system, profit is the favorite outcome of any business. However, some kinds of business do not aim at profit making. The good example is health business. In some occasions, there might be debt. The hospital debt is any interesting issue that becomes an important public health aspect. The legal issue regarding hospital debt is interesting but little mentioned. There are some referencing publications regarding law and hospital debt. In this specific short article, the authors summarize on this specific issue.
