Abstract

The no success of the spouse to produce child is usually a big family concern. The way that is widely used at present is seeking a child to be legally registered as the spouse’s child. Adoption is generally practice to serve this purpose. The adoption is performed worldwide.  The medico-legal concern on the infertility and adoption law becomes an interesting issue in both fertility medicine and adoption laws.  In the present, short article, the authors summarize and discuss on the specific issue on infertility and adoption law.
