Abstract

This study seeks to provide a holistic understanding of how health monitoring wearable sensors can be pivotal in reshaping our collective trajectory towards SDG-3. It underscores not only the imperative of proactive health management but also the transformative potential of these technologies in cultivating a futuristic quality of life. As it stands at the intersection of healthcare and technology, this study navigates through the intricacies of the current landscape, illuminating the promises and challenges posed by health monitoring wearables. It endeavors to contribute to the ongoing discourse on the role of technology in public health, envisioning a future where the temptation of a healthy lifestyle, fueled by wearable sensors, becomes a cornerstone in the global pursuit of sustainable and equitable well-being. By closely examining wearable sensor technologies at the cutting edge, their
influence on lifestyle decisions, and how well they align with SDG-3 principles, this research seeks to provide insightful information that cuts across disciplinary boundaries and paves the way for a world that is healthier, more connected, and forward-thinking.
