Keywords:
College Students, Personal traits, Managing Stress and Psychological factors.Abstract
This study sets out to assess the intensity of stress and coping mechanisms among Bahadurgarh area college students. A questionnaire was used to conduct a survey of a sample of randomly chosen college students. For each aspect that the respondents identified as a source of stress, space was provided on the questionnaire for them to remark. The pupils were asked to determine the rank of their nervousness on a scale of 1 to 5, in order to figure out their level of anxiety. Economic conditions, personal traits, and mental stress all have a positive link with each other, but there are significant disparities between them for each individual.
