Abstract

The growth of the amazing world of the Internet and computers has created a new world in cyberspace which also played a role in giving rise to various legal challenges. While Internet has brought the world closer it has also given rise to copyright issues the same with the lots of obstacles standing between the problem and solution. The changing environment also demands more
convenient and affirmative protective laws to tackle intended and unintended infringements and violations. This paper explicitly discusses various challenges and legal aspects of the protection of copyright in cyberspace or electronic media.
