Abstract

This research article throws light on the history of women’s suffrage movement. It delves into the history of how women fought for several decades to achieve their right to vote when they were deprived of it in the male dominant society. It gives an insight of the emergence of the suffrage movement across the world and how the women in the United States achieved their right to vote.
