Abstract

 

Financial Inclusion is a process of ensuring access to financial services in a timely and adequate manner by vulnerable groups such as weaker sections and low-income groups at an affordable cost. Digital payments are one of the most important factors in achieving Financial Inclusion. The Urban India has been quite adaptive to Digital Ecosystem. While this might not present a proper picture of exactly how the urban areas choose/prefer different digital transactions, and what legal challenges they face, it is imperative to understand the same, therefore the present study was necessary.
